The views in many of the condo units (especially the ones on Wisconsin Ave and Albemarle street) are some of the best in the city, as Cityline condos is located on one of the highest elevations in the city. The views include all of downtown Washington DC, the National Cathedral and, for the units out back, all the way out to Tysons corner.

This building was built above the old Hechinger store, which allowed for lots of garage parking. While the interior condo units lack the spectacular views of the street facing units, they enjoy a remarkably serene and private interior courtyard. Some of the interior courtyard units even have their own private sky-patios. The building includes a front desk concierge and a well stocked gym.

The condo units are large with a good mix of one, two and a few rare three bedrooms. They all are well appointed, many with hardwood floors, some with gas fireplaces and all have wonderful and useful kitchens with granite countertops. Of course the location is perfect. Metro, shopping, views and parking. Cityline condos have it all. Located right next to American University, across the street from newly build DC library, and Whole foods is right across the street. It is also just a short bike ride to Cleveland Park, down on Albemarle Street and all the delicious dinning option there.

Underneath the condo building are many convenient shops, including; Best Buy, The Container Store, and Ace Hardware. This is really a great building in a convenient location with all the amenities included.
