2101 Connecticut Avenue NW is a historic co-op building in Washington, DC’s Kalorama neighborhood. Built in 1928 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed by George T. Santmyer and Joseph Abel, it blends Moorish, Spanish Colonial, and Gothic Revival styles, with striking features like parrot gargoyles, lion heads, and rooftop grotesques. The eight-story structure houses 64 spacious units, each with windows on three sides, and interiors featuring high ceilings, detailed moldings, and original wood floors. Converted to a co-op in 1976.
