Hi there — it’s me, 41 S. Decker, your new home in Patterson Park. After 20 wonderful years with my current owner, I’m ready to welcome someone new who will appreciate my character, my updates, and my unbeatable location just steps from the park.
I’ve been lovingly cared for and thoughtfully maintained over the years, and I've had quite the glow-up recently:
Brand‑new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and tile flooring (July 2026) which enhance the classic Baltimore character of the quaint tin ceiling.
New back door (2026)
Kitchen and basement windows replaced (2024), along with a new front door
New skylight bringing in gorgeous natural light (2025)
New sewer line (2023)
A completely renovated bathroom and a new second bedroom (2022)
And then, there's my location. It's an easy stroll from my front steps to some of the neighborhood's favorite hangouts-Patterson Public House, Vivian's, and coming this Fall, Little Ian's Bagels. Whether you're meeting friends for dinner and drinks, grabbing brunch, or picking up a bagel to go, you'll have plenty of options close by.
Commuting? Easy. It's a quick drive to I-95, and both the Johns Hopkins Main Hospital and Bayview Campus, and you may even qualify for the Live Near Your Work (LNYW) program.
I've been a very happy home for the past twenty years. Now I'm ready to welcome the next person/s who will love living here as much as my current owner has.
