First floor southside entrance opens to the kitchen where there is a door to the basement staircase and a spacious half bath (toilet and wash basin). The kitchen is open with a large dining area and bar counter on an island with the sink and dishwasher. Tall cabinets surround the back part of the kitchen with a large shelved pantry big enough to hold an additional chest freezer. The second floor is a bathroom, laundry room with wash basin, and the main suite with its own bathroom. A large walk-in closet is in the main suite. The front has a large roofed porch where the front entrance door with window surrounds is located. Front door opens to the living room. The kitchen entrance door also has a roofed porch. On the north side of the kitchen is a triple window with French doors on each side opening to a large 20x26’ deck. The entire house is wrapped in Tyvek moisture barrier and vinyl siding. The old front part of the house was wrapped in shiplap siding in perfect shape so instead of striping it off a layer of foam insulation board was tacked and taped to cut down any air permeation. The roof has 45-year shingles and is in perfect condition (25yrs/o). As mentioned above the electric was completely redone with extra boxes were placed at the basement inlet to supply the outbuildings with all new wiring in 2000. Plumbing is all PVC and CPVC. Total square footage is approximately 2600 sq ft. Outbuildings - There is Solar Panels on the barn roof facing south and supplies all electric to the farm (no electric bills). The rearward outbuilding is an 1800 sq.ft. work shop. Pole barn is 40’x60’. Dairy barn still houses the 44 cow stanchions (22 each side) and a milk parlor with a SS hold tank.
