The wildly popular and fun Brookland House and Garden Tour will take place this year on June 8th from 1-5 with after party from 5-7.  Join with your neighbors for a day of celebrating the old and the new in Brookland.  An historic neighborhood of mostly single family homes, Brookland is a collection of distinctive and varied living arrangements admired by all who visit.  The neighborhood is filled with mansions and tiny houses; there are colonials and victorians; we have federal style and international style as well as bungalows and row houses.  Eight or nine houses and gardens will be open and, unlike in other neighborhoods, the home owners will give the tours.

Tickets for the tour can be purchased online at www.gbgc.org or at our local and fabulous gift and flower shop, Petals Ribbons and Beyons, at 3906 12th Street NE (12th & Quincy).  Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 day of the tour.  So get your tickets early.  Tickets sales begin May 10th.

And don't forget to stop by the after-party from 5-7, with a live band, delicious food, cold drinks, and wonderful neighbors.

Proceeds from the tickets will go to support public garden projects in Brookland and beyond.
